hotdok uses artificial intelligence to automatically analyze and classify incoming documents and extract relevant data. The AI recognizes document types such as invoices, delivery notes or receipts and automatically assigns them to the appropriate workflows. This reduces manual steps and minimizes sources of error.
All data is stored in data centers in Switzerland and is subject to strict Swiss data protection guidelines. The infrastructure complies with international standards such as ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 Type 2 and meets the requirements of the FINMA outsourcing regulation. The data is transmitted and stored in encrypted form — access is only possible via secure authentication procedures.
hotdok offers open API interfaces for integration into existing systems such as ERP, CRM or accounting software.
