During onboarding, we will introduce you to the basic functionalities of hotdok. We will show you how to create tags and categories in a meaningful way. We will be happy to answer your questions so that you can start using hotdok immediately.
If you have any questions or problems, our support team will be happy to help. We respond to email inquiries within two days. Live support allows us to contact you directly, either via chat or phone.
The number of documents you can store with your pricing plan depends entirely on the type of documents you're saving. For example, an invoice averages about 250 KB. With 1 GB of storage, you can store 4,000 invoices. If documents contain many pages or graphics, the size quickly doubles (=2,000 documents) or quadruples (=1,000 documents).

We currently only accept payments by invoice. After you select your service or product, you will receive an invoice directly in your portal. You can conveniently pay this by bank transfer. We are working on offering additional payment methods in the future to offer our customers even more flexibility.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current month. Simply log in to your user portal and select the cancellation option. Your services will remain active until the end of the billing month.
Yes, you can choose to pay monthly or annually. If you choose annual payment, that payment covers the entire year, so you don't have to worry about monthly payments. Plus, you get a 10% discount on the annual payment.
Your invoice will be created directly in your Hotdok portal and can be viewed there at any time. You'll also receive a QR code that allows you to pay your invoice quickly and easily.
Yes, you can change your payment method at any time. Log in to your portal and change your preferences in the payment settings. The change will take effect with the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will continue until the end of the paid year. Please note that any payments already made for the annual subscription are non-refundable, as they include a discount for the annual subscription commitment.
If you reach the storage limit of your current subscription, you have the option to upgrade to a higher subscription with more storage space. This allows you to continue to easily store and manage your data and documents without being limited by storage space. Simply visit your account area on our website to upgrade your subscription or contact our support team for further assistance with the upgrade process.
